  My Wife just got off the phone with this company. She has never had such a rude encounter with someone before. As she was explaining what was happening with our washing machine and dryer ( which is only 3 months old) She was abruptly cut off and he said " Just yes or no answers" " I do not have time to listen to everyones stories". It was only 9:00am and he was nasty, obnoxious, and the worst customer service we have ever encountered. His name was George and he should not be allowed to work with people. Stay away!! Plenty of other repair companies to use that will actually treat you nice.
