  Free weight, machines, pool , basketball court, and even heavy bags! Could use a little more maintenance and cleaning. My trainer Daniel K is the absolute best though!! I did a full year with him and dropped 60 lbs! I really miss our sessions, but he stays in touch to make sure i am staying focused. He genuinely cares and is a great guy!
